Job Summary
Serve as the customer's first point of contact for in-store and phone sales transactions, completing daily banking reconciliation reports and purchasing orders. Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers while assisting in the development of new clients. Adhere to all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation. This role supports Roofmart, Canada's national distributor for exterior building supply, in serving contractors, home builders, developers, and homeowners across 50 locations.
Required Qualifications
- 1 or more years of successful retail, business, accounting, or sales experience
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills
- A desire to succeed in a stable and growing company
- Authorized to work in Canada
