Job Summary
Gather information and develop recommendations for prospective clients, presenting proposals by reviewing coverages in detail to ensure understanding. Communicate effectively with clients, prospects, insurance company partners, and the service team while soliciting sales for home insurance products. Finalize the sale, coordinate collection of deposits, arrange binders and certificates, and brief the service team on the policy. Maintain accuracy and timeliness when interacting with current and prospective clients to minimize errors. Meet monthly new business goals and perform other functions as assigned. This role includes comprehensive training for the P&C license and leads provided.

- Ability to earn remote status with high performance
- Willingness to complete a 60 hour online course
- Pass the test at the end of the licensing process
- Earn a P&C license (2-20)
