Job Summary
Inside Sales Associate responsibilities include developing new leads and revisiting lost customer relationships, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Drive growth by building relationships with new and existing customers in the Landscape industry through proactive outbound calls and efficient order processing. Maintain excellent customer service and ethical conduct; identify and qualify new business leads, foster relationships with internal/external customers, support outside sales in account management and order processing, prepare product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals, track sales performance using CRM, and manage at least 15 customers daily. Collaborate with Credit and Lead Generation teams to maintain accounts and expedite order cycles, keep meticulous records, stay informed about product innovations and market trends, and adopt digital resources to improve efficiency. Travel minimal, limited to trade shows and company events. Requires high school diploma or bachelor’s degree; valid driver’s license, background check, and drug test are required. Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and relationship management software
- Experience in B2B sales
- Minimum Education: high school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- Background check and pre-employment drug test
- Fluent or working knowledge of English; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
- Travel willingness for occasional trade shows and events

- Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation are required
- Successful completion of a criminal and driving background check, as well as a pre-employment drug test
- Minimum Education: a high school diploma is required or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Travel requirements: minimal travel, limited to occasional attendance at trade shows, industry association events, and company sponsored events as necessary to support sales and customer relationship efforts
