Job Summary
As an Inside Sales representative at Gulfeagle Supply, you will collaborate with the Territory and Branch Managers to deliver superior customer service and manage various types of customer orders. This role emphasizes communication skills, sales strategies, and building lasting relationships with clients.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to meet expectations as determined by the Branch Manager
- Possess professional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Quickly learn and retain knowledge of new products
- Customer sales experienced with cold-calling and/or telemarketing skills
- Reflect a positive and approachable demeanor for all customers
- Ability to obtain and retain new buyers by creating relationships
- Experienced and responsible with cash handling and credit functions
- Ability to operate a PC and related software
- Strong ability to multitask
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual- Fluent in Spanish and English
- 3+ years inside sales experience in related industry
