Job Summary
Inside Sales Executive responsible for B2B phone-based sales of software maintenance renewals, achieving talk-time/chat-time targets and leads generation, and meeting individual and departmental goals. Own call performance against targets, coordinate with inter-departments to satisfy customer needs, provide accurate opportunity and forecasting data, capture competitive information, and gather market/product feedback from engagements. Work closely with operation country liaison SMEs to relay market insights, and undertake ad-hoc tasks such as Customer Engagement & Market Insight. Requires 2+ years in B2B software sales/renewals, CRM familiarity (Salesforce.com or similar), strong teamwork, resilience under pressure, and ability to work in rotational shifts/public holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B phone-based sales experience
- experience with software maintenance renewals
- experience with CRM tools (Salesforce.com or similar)
- MS Office proficiency
