Job Summary
Inside Sales Executive to generate and close sales for Twin Health in Mumbai. Responsibilities include contacting potential/existing customers to inform them about products, answering questions about products or the company, asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales, entering/updating customer information in the database, taking and processing orders accurately, sourcing prospect data from online and offline sources, handling grievances to preserve the company's reputation, and keeping records of calls and sales in the CRM. Requires proven inside sales or customer service experience, meeting sales quotas, product knowledge, strong English (and Hindi/regional language) skills, excellent communication, negotiation, resilience to rejection, and ability to effectively describe products to prospects.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as Inside Sales Executive or other sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota.
- Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent knowledge of English (Compulsory), Hindi & Regional language preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
