Job Summary
Inside Sales Executive responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential and existing customers, and closing sales via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Duties include lead generation through cold calling and follow-up on inquiries, maintaining long-lasting customer relationships, developing in-depth knowledge of product features, managing the sales pipeline, processing orders in coordination with logistics, conducting market research on trends and competitors, and providing regular management reports. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent negotiation and consultative sales abilities, effective communication, and exceptional customer service are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is expected, with a focus on achieving sales goals and adapting to changing market conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Bio Sciences and diploma in marketing, or a related field
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar role
- Life sciences products experience is good to have
