Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary
Manage incoming customer sales inquiries and proactive outbound trade sales initiatives, including customer engagement, opportunity creation, and full administration in Salesforce. Initiate and manage customer interactions related to trade sales, promotions, and commercial opportunities, creating, updating, and maintaining sales opportunities, quotes, and related documentation. Ensure accurate tracking of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in CRM systems while supporting the conversion of opportunities into confirmed orders in line with approved pricing and commercial policies. Maintain and manage a portfolio of assigned customers through regular follow-up calls, presenting special offers to drive interest and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. Assign high-value sales leads to the responsible Account Manager or KAM in the region when contract thresholds are met. Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction while tracking portfolio performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High level of self-motivation and ownership, with the ability to follow through on tasks independently
