Job Summary
Coordinate rate quotations for clients, overseas offices, and agents while maintaining strong relationships with multi-national customers and key accounts. Support the sales team by qualifying prospects, introducing product features, and assisting with joint sales calls to ensure daily activities are carried out efficiently. Manage shipment status reporting and drive internal promotion with overseas offices and agents to increase business volume according to the business plan. Fluent in English, this role requires exceptional customer service skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
