Job Summary
Coordinate rate quotations for clients, overseas offices, and agents while maintaining strong relationships with multi-national customers and key accounts. Support the sales team by qualifying prospects, conducting joint sales calls, and ensuring daily activities are executed efficiently. Manage daily shipment status and reporting, introduce product features to existing and potential customers, and drive internal promotions with overseas offices to increase business volume. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
