Job Summary
Deliver tailored equipment solutions by guiding customers through services, generating quality leads, and managing inbound and outbound communications with confidence. Own both quote entry, reservations, and contract management within the ERP system while juggling a multi-line phone setup. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations to execute fast solutions, proactively seeking new business and leveraging every interaction to identify additional support needs. Maintain industry awareness to anticipate customer demands and ensure no opportunity goes untouched. Pay is $25 per hour with weekly overtime and monthly bonuses. Required Qualifications
- Optimistic, outgoing attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service skills
- Great communication skills, both written and oral
- Detail oriented and organized
- Technologically proficient and comfortable using a computer and Microsoft Office products
- Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to start and operate equipment for testing and demonstration
- Must be able to lift 75+ lbs. with assistance
- Must be able to read and write English proficiently
- Must be able to be exposed to dirt, grease, oils, loud noise and other elements common with construction and industrial workplaces
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
