Job Summary
Answer incoming sales calls, greet walk-in customers, and write sales orders and quotes. Assist with picking and packing orders, restocking merchandise, and performing general branch duties. Comfortably discuss plumbing, heating, and HVAC products and applications with clients. Work closely with the branch sales team, including other reps, counter associates, and the branch manager, to ensure every customer receives the support they need. Strong computer skills are essential as technology serves as a primary tool for this role.
