Job Summary
Inside Sales Engineer role focused on driving service sales growth across the CEE/SEE region. Build and manage customer relationships, provide first-line technical and commercial support, generate and qualify leads, prepare quotations and support tenders, identify opportunities for service agreements, and maintain accurate sales activity in CRM. Remote role with ideally Belgrade or broader SEE-based working location; requires engineering/business/science degree, strong communication, CRM proficiency (SAP C4C), and a proactive, results-driven mindset. Core competencies include customer-focused collaboration, resilience, integrity, and cross-functional teamwork; English fluency required. The role involves collaboration with regional sales/service teams, resellers, distributors, and partners, plus participation in customer visits and marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar commercial role
- Experience in vacuum technology or a similar industrial environment is an advantage
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or Science (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication skills and confidence in managing customer interactions (phone and digital channels)
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders
- A proactive and results-driven mindset with a focus on identifying sales opportunities
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing sales data and documentation
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data management (e.g. SAP C4C) is desirable
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Willingness to learn and develop product and market knowledge
- Languages: Fluent English
