Inside Sales Engineer

Job Summary
Prepare accurate quotations for electric, Pneumatic actuators with control panel accessories and associated spares; provide technical support and address queries related to actuator selection, configuration, and applications; review customer requirements for correct sizing, compatibility, and compliance; coordinate with contracts, engineering, and service teams for technical clarifications and order execution support; respond promptly to customer communications with a proactive, solution-oriented approach; maintain high attention to detail to ensure error-free and competitive quotations aligned with customer specifications; drive customer satisfaction by delivering reliable technical support and timely commercial responses.
Required Qualifications
- BE/B. Tech candidates (EEE/E&I/Mechanical/Chemical/Instrumentation)
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in quotation preparation/sales support/inside sales/any other customer support
- Must be familiar with Microsoft excel and Outlook
- Must be able to communicate in English fluently. Hindi is an advantage
- Preferable if the candidate has handled valve/actuator/instruments/controls systems/GEM portal tenders/any other electrical and Pneumatic products
