Job Summary
Inside Sales Engineer role supporting Outside Sales, responsible for quoting, designing, ordering, and tracking HVAC equipment/systems for engineering firms and contractors in NYC metro, Long Island, and Westchester. Collaboration with Outside Sales, use of selection software to create systems, review design plans, provide pricing, create proposals, generate pricing, process orders, and track lead times. Maintain clear client communication, provide equipment packets and maintenance guides, and coordinate equipment or tech-services training. Requires problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and clear written/verbal communication. Mechanical Engineering degree preferred; 1–2 years HVAC experience preferred; AutoCAD/Revit familiarity a plus. Estimated salary range: $60,000–$79,000 plus bonus, with flexibility based on experience and skills.
Required Qualifications

- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit is a plus but not required
