Job Summary
Generate comprehensive customer quotes for multiple products and prepare detailed submittals per company standards. Download and print plot drawings, specifications, schedules, and details to support project quotations, then process stock and factory orders for customers or Outside Sales Representatives. Answer inquiries via phone, email, and requests regarding quotes, order processing, tracking, freight claims, product availability, and field service or warranty issues. Manage and coordinate projects using the project management system while ensuring profitability by following established pricing structures and sales processes. Maintain knowledge of HVAC fundamentals and product lines to educate self, co-workers, and customers, soliciting help from internal resources to fulfill product and service needs.

- Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
- Energetic with a positive attitude that is conscientious, enthusiastic, articulate, and possesses a professional attitude to handle a fast-paced work environment

- Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical / industrial engineering, Physics or Math is preferred
- Associate's degree in Pre-Engineering or HVAC or equivalent HVAC experience will also be considered
