Job Summary

Inside Sales Engineer to drive sales growth by leveraging technical expertise and sales skills to identify opportunities and provide exceptional customer service. Responsible for understanding RFQs and project specifications to prepare accurate and timely quotations for electric actuators and associated spares, prioritizing urgent requests, and producing quotations with supporting documentation and drawings. Provide technical support on actuator selection, configuration, and applications; review customer requirements for correct sizing, compatibility, and compliance; coordinate with contracts, engineering, and service teams for order execution; respond promptly to customer communications with a proactive, solution-oriented approach; maintain high attention to detail to ensure error-free, competitive quotations aligned with customer specifications. BE/B.Tech candidates with 4-7 years of relevant experience, proficient in Excel and Outlook, and fluent in English. Preference for candidates with experience in valve/actuator/instruments/controls systems or GEM portal tenders. Location: Dhahran, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. 9-month fixed-term contract; in-person remote option.

Required Qualifications

  • BE/B.Tech in EEE/E&I/Mechanical/Chemical/Instrumentation
  • 4-7 years experience in quotation preparation/sales support/inside sales
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Fluency in English
