Job Summary
Inside Sales Development Associate in Cincinnati, OH focusing on building a quality pipeline from lead generation through contract negotiation and close. Responsibilities include generating leads, supporting proposals and presentations, aiding in contract negotiations and closures, leveraging Salesforce CIF and CRM, maintaining data integrity, collaborating with Sales Executives and others, participating in pipeline reviews, and ensuring effective campaign follow-up. The role requires strong communication, collaboration skills, and the ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in the Cincinnati office per week) with up to 10% travel within the United States. Education includes a HS diploma or GED with preferred bachelor’s or associate’s degree, and experience in customer service and Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (Education: High school diploma or GED; preferred to have degree)
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in the Cincinnati, OH office per week)
- Ability to travel within the United States up to 10% of time
- Residence within commutable distance of Cincinnati, OH
