Inside Sales & Customer Success Specialist

Job Summary
Hybrid Inside Sales & Customer Success Specialist role combining ~70% sales ownership with ~30% customer support. Responsibilities include converting inbound inquiries, conducting sales discussions to close deals, follow-ups, lead nurturing, upsell/cross-sell, outbound outreach, and logging interactions/pricing in Zoho CRM. Customer support includes responsive phone/email/live chat, processing orders/refunds/replacements, coordinating with warehouse/shipment, and providing pre-sale and post-sale support. Reporting on sales activity and funnel optimization, CRM tagging, and collaboration with CS/CRM/marketing teams. Requirements: 3+ years in sales, fluent American English, Zoho CRM experience, strong negotiation skills, ability to work independently; nice-to-have in ecommerce, ShipStation, and B2B/B2C exposure. Location: 100% Remote globally with EST 8am-6pm schedule; Contractor. Products include home water filtration systems and replacement filters; target markets primarily B2C with expanding B2B.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales, revenue generation, and deal closing
- Fluent American English (spoken and written)
- Solid experience working with CRMs (Zoho CRM highly preferred)
- High comfort level with both inbound and outbound sales calls
- Strong objection handling, pricing discussion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet structured KPIs
