Job Summary
Handle inbound calls and inquiries with warmth, speed, and precision while running outbound follow-ups and reactivation campaigns. Quote accurately, confirm details, and lock next steps to prevent issues later, keeping pipelines and notes clean in our CRM and Slack systems. Hit daily performance targets and improve close rate over time as you speak with prospective customers, recommend the right service, and ask for bookings. This role is not passive; you will follow a structured process to turn strong first experiences into recurring relationships. After training, schedule includes weekend days, and bilingual reps may grow into recruiting support.
Required Qualifications
- Strong, stable WiFi and a quiet workspace for calls
- Excellent spoken and written English - strong phone presence is mandatory
- Comfortable with Slack, Google Sheets, and CRMs
- High accountability - you follow the process, post updates, and own outcomes
- This role is not compatible with childcare or personal obligations during work hours
- After training period schedule will include one or more weekend days - must be able to work part of the weekend
