Inside Sales/ Customer Service Representative

Proactively generate sales and handle service requests, including receiving incoming calls with courtesy, completing work orders, and responding to customer complaints. Perform marketing functions to sell additional work while meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals. Manage a variety of situations daily with a focus on customer satisfaction and self-motivated results. Prior experience in the auto or flat glass industry is a plus, along with computer literacy and tablet navigation skills.
