Inside Sales Coordinator - Customer Service

The role supports the Customer Service department by selecting, proposing, and delivering parts as technical solutions to customer needs, identify obsolete parts and provide quotes for replacements, communicate technical specifications, and collaborate with suppliers. Responsibilities include preparing, analyzing, and presenting data for department metrics, expanding product knowledge, entering and processing Sales Orders into SAP, maintaining customer information in Salesforce, and providing account support to Customer Service Key Account Managers. The position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment, with potential overtime and alignment to company policies.
