Job Summary
Culligan of Chico seeks an in-house Inside Sales Coordinator to drive a high-velocity sales pipeline as the engine of the sales department. The role serves as the primary contact for leads, a strategic scheduler for the Outside Sales Team, and a guardian of the customer experience. Responsibilities include managing all incoming sales traffic via the sales portal, executing 30+ outbound touches daily via phone/text/email to convert inquiries into appointments, coordinating calendars to maximize efficiency, proactively identifying opportunities for follow-up sales and water testing, and maintaining daily/weekly metrics on lead-to-meeting closing rates and lead-source performance. The role requires acting as the first line of support for sales-related inquiries with strong product knowledge and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years of Customer interaction experience required
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
