Job Summary
In-House Sales Coordinator at Culligan of Chico, serving as the engine of the sales department by actively managing leads, executing 30+ outbound touches daily via phone/text/email, strategically scheduling the Outside Sales Team, and generating revenue through follow-up sales and water testing. Responsible for maintaining daily/weekly metrics on lead-to-meeting conversion and lead-source performance, and acting as the first line of customer support with technical product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years of Customer interaction experience required
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
