Job Summary

Inside Sales & Contracts Engineer responsible for global order intake, ERP data entry, and providing technical sales support for the Limit Switch Box. Manages the full sales cycle from quotation to order receipt, analyzes terms to protect company interests, negotiates with customers professionally and transparently, and uses CRM and other tools to track pipeline and contract status. Collaborates effectively with the customer service team, external sales, and service departments to ensure consistency and smooth operations. Identifies process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction, and maintains organized records of all contracts, quotations, and customer communications for easy search and audit.

Required Qualifications

  • Inside Sales experience (1-3 years)
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Business English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel emphasized)
  • ERP/CRM system familiarity (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and negotiate terms
  • Ability to manage quotations, orders, and contract documentation
  • Open to collaboration with cross-functional teams and external service teams
