Job Summary
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals by executing time-blocked call campaigns and selling the full menu of Player 15 Group products, including season memberships and group experiences. Build relationships with prospective clients through outbound communication and face-to-face meetings, while discovering leads by researching the metropolitan area and developing network referrals. Conduct concourse intercepts at Phoenix Suns, Mercury, and Mortgage Matchup Arena events to leverage strategic sales table incentives. Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system and attend daily training sessions. Work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to support fast-paced sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in Ticketmaster Archtics, Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Strong desire to grow a career in sports ticket sales and service
