Cultivate and maintain positive business-to-business customer relationships by initiating calls, building rapport, and recommending product modifications to drive direct sales and ensure retention. Promote portfolio penetration by assessing client purchasing trends from maintained prospect lists and proactively seeking opportunities based on purchase history. Achieve revenue goals through consistent follow-up, while articulating product features, benefits, and pricing to include core and innovative items. Participate in daily team meetings and sales training to apply appropriate techniques, and report on market situations during sales group meetings. Work full-time in the office with no travel or account visits, earning $22.00 hourly plus a sales performance plan.
