Job Summary
Handle high-intent, inbound-only leads and consult across personal and commercial lines to design customized coverage. Match clients with products from 100+ top-tier national and regional carriers while retaining and growing relationships through consultative lifecycle management. Document and maintain regulatory and carrier compliance with precision, engaging collaboratively with leadership in a high-performance sales culture. You will work onsite at 101 N McColl Rd, McAllen, TX 78501. Base pay starts at $37,440 annually for unlicensed consultants, rising to $41,600 after licensing, with uncapped commissions and bonuses. The role offers a pathway from Inside Sales Consultant to Commercial Account Management, supported by dedicated training and mentorship. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Bilingual- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Willingness to obtain/renew a P&C license within 45 days of hire
- 1+ year of Sales experience
- Advanced computer skills
- Professional office experience
- Strong communication, follow-up, and close-orientation
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Insurance sales or service experience
- Experience handling multi-carrier, multi-state quoting
- 1+ year experience working in a call center environment
