Job Summary
Senior Inside Sales Enablement professional focused on onboarding readiness, tool- and process-enabled training, and in-role coaching. Manages live/asynchronous training for new-hire tooling (Outreach, Chorus, Highspot, Salesforce, AI tools, LMS), develops scalable onboarding checklists and guides, and maintains up-to-date training content in platforms like Highspot and LMS. Builds libraries of call examples and best practices to support ongoing rep development; facilitates tools-focused training sessions and coaching interventions; designs structured coaching programs and skills workshops; tracks readiness milestones and coaching effectiveness; partners with product, marketing, HR, and Sales Ops to ensure alignment. Compensation range $75,000–$127,000 with additional incentives and equity eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales enablement or sales training
- Proficiency with onboarding tools and platforms (Outreach, Chorus, Highspot, Salesforce, LMS)
- Ability to design structured onboarding content, job aids, and checklists
- Experience creating and maintaining training content (how-to guides, walkthroughs, tips)
- Familiarity with AI tools and data-driven coaching approaches
- Experience in coaching and skills development programs for sales teams
- Ability to track adoption, proficiency, and coaching effectiveness
- Strong collaboration with sales leadership, IT, and product teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with LMS administration and content tagging
