Job Summary
Inside Sales – Commercial Project Closer responsible for moving commercial tile projects forward by following up with clients, coordinating with outside sales reps, and closing deals. Conduct 50+ daily follow-up contacts with designers, contractors, and general contractors; identify, track, and close opportunities; schedule appointments for Outside Sales Representatives; maintain client communication via phone, email, and virtual meetings; occasionally visit local contractors for value engineering opportunities. Manage Salesforce pipeline, log project data accurately, and lead weekly pipeline meetings. Engage in industry events and trainings; contribute to team growth and inventory processes. Requires strong communication, stakeholder coordination, CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar), and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
