Job Summary
Inside Sales Closers/Representatives will engage with potential homeowners, perform outbound calls and follow-ups, identify sales opportunities through understanding customer needs, explain and demonstrate solar products and services, and close sales to meet targets. Responsibilities include maintaining a customer database, providing product information via email, staying informed on competing offerings, upselling, researching and qualifying new leads, and leveraging CRM systems to manage pipelines. This is an in-office role with 6-8 hour shifts, operating Monday–Friday (and rotating Saturdays). Compensation includes base pay plus commissions (average hourly range $20-$26, with a stated $15/hour base). Skills emphasized: excellent communication, ability to thrive in a commission-based environment, proficiency with computer applications and CRM, multitasking, and customer-service oriented selling in a fast-paced office setting.
Required Qualifications
