Job Summary
Serve as the primary liaison between ASUS Asia headquarters and North American Sales, Product Management, Finance, and customers to ensure timely communication and resolution of operational issues. Review, validate, and process customer promotional claims by verifying pricing, invoices, and program eligibility while investigating discrepancies. Partner with Accounts Receivable to review deduction reports and facilitate accurate credit processing. Create and administer Channel Programs, ensuring promotions are properly documented and communicated. Drive resolution of outstanding issues by following up with internal teams and customers to remove roadblocks. Analyze reports to identify discrepancies and workflow bottlenecks, recommending process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Maintain good attendance and punctuality in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, customer operations, account coordination, or a related role
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze large amounts of information and identify inconsistencies
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams and external customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce
- Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
- Office Only: Typically works in an office environment
- Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of time
