Job Summary
Inside Sales Specialist to proactively sell aftermarket service solutions (PM services, contracts, spare parts, Retrofit and re-tooling kits) to customers. Responsibilities include leveraging CRM to identify opportunities, generating service quotations, pursuing outbound cold calls, coordinating with Service Desk, Field Service, Parts, and Scheduling to ensure fulfillment, and collaborating with Marketing to support outreach. Requires strong relationship-building, ability to turn prospects into commitments, and comfort with a mechanical/technical product portfolio. Location: Peachtree City, GA. Compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commission and a broad benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a call center or phone-based sales environment
- Sales driven with a can-do attitude
- Persuasive, engaging, and capable of turning a “no” into a “yes.”
- Enjoy building rapport with others and providing exceptional customer experiences
- Mechanical mindset and ability to quickly pick up technical concepts
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving
- Strong ability to use tools like Excel, CRM, and ERP systems (preferred)
- Leadership skills
