Job Summary
Manage relationships with multiple customers and business units by conducting strategic business reviews, delivering project pricing, and performing quality checks throughout the production process. Act as a subject matter expert on custom product features, coordinate mid-stream production changes, and reconcile invoices to support the billing cycle. Respond to technical inquiries, update contact records, and report regularly on KPIs including product adoption and revenue growth. Work predominantly in a clerical environment with occasional shifts on the production floor, requiring discretion in managing accounts and collaborating across departments.
Required Qualifications
- At least five (5) years of experience in sales or project management
- Some level of knowledge of print production (1-2 years minimum)
- Flexibility in work hours
