Job Summary
Make outbound and inbound calls to homeowners interested in window or door replacements, converting inquiries into appointments while following established scripts. Enter all call details into the appointment setting tool and document interactions according to standard operating procedures. Participate in daily team meetings, one-on-one check-ins, and ongoing training sessions assigned by leadership. This position requires in-person training in our Rochester, NY office over two weeks, followed by a Monday through Friday schedule from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM with a Saturday shift from 9 AM to 2 PM. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel to the facility.
Required Qualifications
- Being in office
- Valid Drivers License
- Reliable vehicle to travel to and from the office
- 1+ years of experience a call center environment
- Willingness to learn with a passion for building a career in Sales and Marketing with the ability to guide and lead customer decision making
- Ability to work Monday - Friday (10:30 am to 6:30 pm) with a 1 hour lunch and Saturday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Strong understanding of PC and software along with excellent data entry and typing skills
- Ability to type 35 wpm
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve with a sense of urgency
- Professional customer service listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately and maintaining professionalism
