Job Summary
Inside Sales (Business Rep) is responsible for owning and growing territory and relationships within assigned regional accounts on the East Coast, collaborating with Regional Sales Managers to execute account plans and drive expansion. The role requires a consultative selling approach, strong relationship management, and the ability to manage multi-threaded conversations across health and safety, procurement, operations, and executive leadership to advance opportunities from initial engagement to close. The position supports East Coast accounts, operates on a full-time schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ET), and offers a salary range of $60,400-$78,500 with a comprehensive benefits package. A minimum of 3 years’ experience selling to small business accounts and proficiency with a CRM (Salesforce preferred) are expected. The role emphasizes pipeline management, account-based strategies, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering tailored solutions to regional customers.
