Job Summary
Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders, and customer updates while checking pricing, stock availability, and delivery details before processing. Support counter sales, customer enquiries, and CRM activity notes, keeping stakeholders updated on order progress and estimated delivery times. Assist with receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, freight documentation, and stock control, following WHS requirements to maintain a safe warehouse environment. This part-time role combines inside sales, customer service, and hands-on warehouse support within BlastOne's Port Hedland depot, offering training and a practical mix of duties for someone with sales or logistics experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales support, customer service, warehouse or logistics
- Clear communication skills
- Confidence dealing with customers and internal teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence using ERP, CRM or order processing systems
- Current driver's licence
- Based in Port Hedland or nearby
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift licence
- Willingness to obtain forklift licence
- NetSuite experience
- Salesforce experience
