Job Summary

Generate qualified sales opportunities for BeReal Ads by identifying and engaging advertisers that can benefit from BeReal's unique audience and advertising solutions. The Inside Sales role focuses on building a scalable outbound pipeline through high-volume prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels; identify target accounts, develop outreach messaging, research companies and decision-makers, and collaborate with Account Executives to align on pipeline goals. Requires strong prospecting, research skills, and familiarity with CRM tools; Japanese language fluency is required with business-level English preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development, SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or a similar outbound prospecting role
  • Comfortable conducting high volumes of outreach activities, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Proven ability to build pipeline independently
  • Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including advertisers, agencies, and marketing organizations
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using CRM and prospecting tools is preferred (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Fluent in Japanese; business-level English is preferred
