Inside Sales Associate

Conduct customer service activities by receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, resolving challenges, and tracing order status. Perform outbound calls to retail and small customers while serving walk-in clients in the retail store. Maintain customer records, files, and inventory, and operate a forklift as needed. Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs, including promoting add-on sales of gases and high-margin accessories. Participate in product demonstrations and work closely with the Outside Sales team. This full-time, on-site role supports WestAir's industrial, medical, food, and specialty gas products across the southwestern United States.
