Job Summary
Assist in day-to-day branch activities and effective operations while managing inventory through current systems and processes. Work with team members to increase sales results and market share of lead product lines, building relationships with current key customers and cultivating new accounts. Become skilled at the vast product lineup offered in the HVAC Equipment and Supply industry. Maintain proficiency in NetSuite software for reporting requirements and access. Apply excellent communications skills and strong organizational abilities to solve problems effectively and meet goals with a sense of urgency.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the Refrigeration and HVAC industry
- Experience selling in distribution and wholesale channels
- Proficient computer skills for reporting requirements as well as access and use of the company software system - NetSuite
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to develop strong business relationships and alliances, externally and internally
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time wisely
- Strong desire to meet goals and objectives
- Maintains a sense of urgency, proactive
- Ability to solve problems effectively
- Creative approach to problem solving
