Job Summary
Inside Sales Associate responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales calls within a defined territory, expanding wallet share within account base, and guiding the full sales cycle from lead qualification to close. Responsibilities include coordinating with customer care, warehouse, and accounting; maintaining CRM data; providing proposals, quotes, and contracts; delivering post-sale onboarding and support; conducting market research and reporting on sales activities; and collaborating with the sales team to meet targets. Requires 1-3 years in inside sales or customer service, strong communication and negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a customer-focused mindset. Required Qualifications
