Job Summary
Inside Sales Associate responsible for driving new revenue by identifying and engaging prospective biopharmaceutical and medical device companies, managing outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, social engagement) and inbound leads, and qualifying opportunities to hand off to Business Development. The role supports the sales cycle from initial contact through qualification, utilizes CRM (e.g., Pipe Drive) to document outreach and outcomes, and contributes to campaigns to broaden market awareness. Requires expert-level English, strong sales/prospecting skills, relationship-building, market/product knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams. Education: Bachelor's degree; Experience: ~1 year (3 years preferred); Tools: Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools; Location: Bangalore, India with hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
