Inside Sales Associate

Inside Sales Associate works with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. On a daily basis our Inside Sales Associate: establishes relationships with customers by assisting walk-in and phone customers, represents the company in a professional manner; processes, pulls and distributes customer products; handles questions and complaints; performs data entry of sales orders to generate invoices for pickup or delivery; secures payment or obtains credit authorization; evaluates warranty items per policy; estimates date of delivery based on vendor schedules; assists in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years inside sales experience preferred, ability to lift 100 pounds, strong customer-service and MS Office skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; familiarity with pool-related products is helpful; must be 18 or older.
