Inside Sales Associate

Inside Sales Associate responsibilities include establishing relationships with customers, assisting walk-in and phone customers, processing and distributing products, handling questions/complaints, data entry for sales orders and invoicing, securing payments, evaluating warranty items, estimating delivery dates, and assisting with receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of inside sales experience, ability to move 100 pounds, strong customer-service orientation, computer proficiency (MS Office), and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
