Inside Sales Associate

The Inside Sales Associate at POOLCORP works with customers to identify needs, build solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process. Responsibilities include establishing relationships with walk-in and phone customers, processing and distributing customer products, handling questions and complaints professionally, performing data entry to generate invoices for pickup or delivery, securing payments or obtaining credit authorization per policy, evaluating warranty items per manufacturer policy, estimating delivery dates based on vendor schedules, and assisting with receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years of inside sales experience preferred; physical capability to move 100 pounds with a dolly; strong customer service and computer skills; and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
