Job Summary
Inside Sales Associate II responsible for accurate order processing, pricing within guidelines, and procurement support across multiple channels (phone, email, text, counter). Provides dependable service, coordinates non-stock procurement and logistics, handles payments (credit cards, checks, cash), identifies stock products and recommends alternatives, maintains records, and mentors junior associates to promote teamwork and dependable performance. Travel is occasional (less than 10%). Education: HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred; 2-5 years of experience typical. Proficiency in order management systems and basic reporting tools expected. The role is housed within White Cap’s integrated supply operations across North America, serving professional contractors with building materials and related products.
