Inside Sales Associate I

Responsible for providing dependable service through accurate order entry, basic pricing, and secure payment handling. Processes orders across multiple channels, including phone, email, text, and counter, accurately and promptly. Handles payments securely (credit card, check, and cash). Identifies stock products and recommends comparable alternatives. Maintains margin goals within established pricing guidelines. Coordinates with team members to ensure service commitments are met. Selects correct processes from clearly prescribed rules and instructions; under close supervision, exercises limited latitude/independent judgment; deviations cleared by supervisor. Travel is typically less than 10% overnight. Education and Experience: HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred; 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility. Strong data-entry, communication, and order-processing skills; ability to follow pricing guidelines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
