Inside Sales Associate I provides dependable service through accurate order entry, basic pricing, and secure payment handling across phone, email, text, and counter channels. Responsibilities include processing orders across multiple channels, handling payments securely (credit card, check, cash), identifying stock products and offering comparable alternatives, maintaining margins within pricing guidelines, and coordinating with the team to meet service commitments. Works under close supervision with limited independent judgment and participates in a fast-paced environment focused on detail and accuracy in transactional tasks and customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility
