Job Summary
Provide sales and customer service support to both retail and contractor customers using knowledge of sales techniques and company product and service knowledge. Build relationships with customers, enter orders in the company system, complete sales orders and tender cash sales, develop product knowledge to assist customers, collaborate with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers to determine strategic sales approaches, overcome objections, quote prices and discuss credit terms, prepare sales order forms and reports, protect confidential financial information, follow safety rules, act as the store’s representative, and take on new home construction one-off accounts.

- Lifting/carrying light product
- Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
