Job Summary
Build relationships with customers and recommend complementary hair, cosmetics, and skin care products. Inform shoppers about current promotions, enroll them in the Loyalty program, and complete transactions accurately. Set up advertising displays, arrange merchandise for sales events, and maintain a professional store environment while communicating inventory issues. Demonstrate Cosmoprof Culture Values and execute product knowledge training to support customer service. Work various schedules and hours to meet business needs, with occasional lifting up to 25 lbs and exposure to fumes. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
- All persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
